A lawyer for two of nine Australians arrested for heroin smuggling in Bali says police have decided her clients should be charged under a law carrying the death penalty.
Anggia Brown, representing Renae Lawrence and Martin Stephens, said police had almost finished investigating her clients and had decided they should be prosecuted under the same law used against Schapelle Corby.
